Path2Parenthood is an inclusive organization committed to helping people create their families of choice by providing leading-edge outreach programs and timely educational information. The scope of their work encompasses reproductive and sexual health, infertility prevention and treatment, and family-building options, including adoption and third-party solutions. They are a national, not-for-proﬁt 501(c)(3) charitable organization headquartered in New York City. They educate, support, and advocate for all hopeful parents, regardless of sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, marital status, or economic status. They serve those who have served us as members of our military. They work with those living with HIV who want to safely have genetically-linked children, educating their health care providers as well. Their unique outreach and education programs are speciﬁcally designed for these different populations to help people acquire useful knowledge and inspire powerful action. A new online experience is being created from a clean slate by one of the most brilliant digital agencies in the country. When completed this spring, it will literally guide visitors on a customized journey to having a child. CDC’s Division of Reproductive Health is the focal point for issues related to reproductive health, maternal health, and infant health. For nearly 50 years, they have been dedicated to improving the lives of women, children, and families through research, public health monitoring, scientiﬁc assistance, and partnerships. Our activities and programs provide support to organizations, institutions, providers, and consumers across the United States and around the world.
The Pop Luck Club‘s mission is to advance the well-being of gay dads and their children. They do this through mutual support, community collaboration, and public understanding. They are a community of gay dads building families through fostering, adoption, co-parenting, and surrogacy. Through peer support and community involvement, they provide our children and the greater community with positive images of gay parenting. Founded in 1998, The Pop Luck Club is a 501(c)3 nonproﬁt and the largest known group of its kind. With chapters in Los Angeles and Orange County, their membership includes 700+ gay fathers and prospective gay dads throughout Southern California. They host monthly meetings where gay dads and gay prospective dads can ﬁnd support and resources. They also have regular panel discussions, such as: surrogacy, fostering & adoption; legal issues for gay dads; ﬁnances: how to plan for the future; girl stuff 101: raising our daughters.

RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association is a non-proﬁt, charitable organization, who works to improve the lives of women and men living with infertility. One in eight U.S. couples of childbearing age has trouble conceiving or sustaining a pregnancy. RESOLVE addresses this public health issue by providing community to these women and men, connecting them with others who can help, empowering them to ﬁnd resolution. Family Equality is a national non-profit organization whose mission is to advance legal and lived equality for LGBTQ+ families, and for those who wish to form them, through building community, changing hearts and minds, and driving policy change. They offer a wide variety of resources, including family support (a virtual hub, a national network of LGBTQ+ family groups, family speak out programs, and book nook), family building (LGBTQ+ community, trans family building, and LGBTQ+ family building directory), story library, equal treatment storytelling project, outspoken voices podcast, advocacy, resource library and LGBTQ+ training for professionals.
Jennifer Johnson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently in private practice in Burbank, CA. Jennifer has over 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families in a variety of settings. Having built her family through the aid of gestational surrogacy, Jennifer also has personal experience with the emotional impact of infertility, pregnancy loss, and third-party reproduction. Jennifer uses this knowledge and experience in her work with surrogacy and egg donation agencies when completing pre-cycle psychological evaluations. Jennifer is a native of Southern California and a graduate of Pepperdine University’sGraduate School of Education and Psychology where she received her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy. Prior to attending Pepperdine, she received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Southern California.

Stork Nest’s Week-by-Week Pregnancy Guide believes pregnancy is a wondrous and miraculous experience. For each of the forty weeks of pregnancy, they have a table you can click to ﬁnd information about baby’s development, the types of changes that occur within mom’s pregnant body, tidbits for dads, speciﬁc info for pregnant moms of twins or more, inspirational thoughts and suggested reading.
James graduated from Stanford Law School and passed the California Bar in 2018 and the Oregon and Nevada Bars in 2019. He is currently licensed in all three states. Having worked in his family’s firm for the past 5 years, as a legal assistant and business development strategist, it was an absolute honor to join the legal team as an associate attorney and to continue the tradition that Mahan & Mahan has worked so hard to build for the last 40 years. Before going to law school, he spent 8 years on Active Duty in the US Navy as a Submarine Office. He thoroughly enjoyed serving his country and now looks forward to continuing to serve others in this new chapter of his life. As a father of four young children, James know the joys, challenges, and rewards of raising a family.
